Hi, I'm Richard. The British AC Guy.
I'm from Wales and based in Mijas. I help homeowners, holiday-home owners, property managers and businesses with their air conditioning.
I speak English and Spanish and also subcontract for other AC companies across the area.
I know what an uncomfortable home feels like.
I've lived here with and without air conditioning and heating. I know those hot nights when you can't sleep, and winter evenings when your living room never feels warm.
Having the right system makes a difference to everyday life. At home, it means sleeping well and being able to relax. In a business, it means a more comfortable space for staff and customers.
That's why I start by listening. Which rooms feel uncomfortable? When does it happen? What would you like to change?

You shouldn't have to guess. I'll check your existing system, explain what I find and talk through the options and costs before you decide.
A service or repair may be enough. If you need a new system, we'll look at your space, how you use it and your budget to find suitable choices.
You can speak to me in English, ask questions and get clear answers without technical jargon.
I grew up here. Now my children are growing up here too.
I moved to Spain from Wales as a boy, around 25 years ago. Today, I'm raising my own children here. The Costa del Sol is home.
I'm building my business where I've built my life. I want to be someone you can call for help now and come back to when your system needs care in the years ahead.
